If I could give 10 stars I would. Timberline is amazing! I don’t even know the words to express how great these guys are. Mario went out of his way to accommodate all my needs! The crew on my roof was friendly, professional, knowledgeable! I will always recommend Timberline to anyone who needs a roof! If you are reading this review in advance of getting a roof look no further Timberline is the company you want to use! I am over the moon happy with my new roof and the service I received! Best customer service I have had from a home improvement company hands down! Didn’t have alot of interaction with owners, but what I did was just as great!You guys are the best!!! Timberline was such a a great company to put new roofing on my home. From the very beginning, Mario treated me with respect and kindness. He informed me from start to finish on this project. He was very knowledgeable and prepared giving me right up front a copy of their insurance and license. He explained In detail what my options were. Had samples of all roofing supplies for me t look at. The roofers were awesome and fast. I could tell they were very experienced. Not only did they find and fix my 40 year old roof leak but fixed it the correct way. After years of repair people trying to fix it. Their clean up was over the top making sure all nails and debris were cleaned up. If that wasn’t enough for great service, Mario went the extra mile mile to have my chimney made and employees lined up to install it. ~ Pat S

I wasn’t sure about asking the insurance to help pay for new shingles on my roof after a big hail storm damaged many of them. Brent was chatting with me and let me know that the insurance would definitely approve the repairs after he looked at them. He convinced me that the process wouldn’t be too rough on my end and that he would help me through it all. He did help through the process and yes the insurance was happy to cover it after the adjuster took a look at it. I was very grateful for his help. The other people at with Timberline roofing have all been nice and informative through the whole process. The workers were fast and effective. I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Edgar and Daniel with the Timberline Roofing team! They were incredible and super easy to work with. Our roof and sheds roof had suffered hail damage from a bad storm during the fall. Our shingles were falling off and noticeably damaged. We also needed to have our swamp cooler removed(which they did for us.) They were really quick to come and they replaced the roof in under two days. They cleaned up very nicely and were very respectful of our home. I truly cannot give them enough praise! We still are trying to get our rain gutters replaced soon, so I will update with more pictures. We will definitely use them in the future. ~ Katrina A

I would also like to say that after our roof was damaged due to a major hail storm that rolled through Saratoga Springs, we had another roofing company provide us a bid. We initially liked their bid and approved them to do the required work. They put us on schedule that was more than a month out, and I felt that was unacceptable. Your company was referred to us from my mother and brother, whom your company did work for in Price, Utah. I gave your company a call and your guy came out and gave us a bid that we liked. Mario was our main point of contact with Timberline Roofing. He was fantastic to work with and really did everything he could to make sure that the insurance company would take care of their responsibilities. When they started installing the roof, the guys got here early and worked pretty much until the sun went down. I was amazed how much they got done in the first day. Excellent service! Very punctual and were able to take my old roof out in the first half of the day, and had the new roof in by the end of the same day! Mario is amazing and always answered my calls/questions. If he wasn’t able to take my call he ALWAYS returned my call within a few minutes. When my gutters were put on I noticed I couldn’t open my back gate, so I called Mario (on a Saturday) and he had someone out to fix the problem that same day. Not to mention their quote was HALF the price of the first quote I received. 10/10 would definitely recommend. ~ Shelley B

**Review for Timberline Roofing** Mario was polite and gave us the best price by far out of multiple estimates. While selling our house, an inspector claimed there was no flashing on the new roof. I called Mario, and he sent someone the next day who confirmed the flashing was there. The buyers' roofer also verified the work was done correctly from the start. Timberline helped us avoid losing the sale due to the inspector's mistake. They offer great prices, fast service (complete tear-down and rebuild in 2 days), and stand by their work. I have had 3 other companies come out to give me an estimate for our roof. Their demeanor, presentation, and price was outrageous, that I gave up for a period of time. Then Timberline Roofing, Mario came by. He was so pleasant, cordial, polite, and easy to talk to. The estimate for my roof was affordable . I couldn't wait for Timberline to start. Timberline replaced the roofs on our house & small barn shed (shingles), on our RV garage & she shed (metal) the gutters & north side vinyl on the house following a terrible hail storm. The house & barn shed roofs were stripped & new shingles installed in one day. Due to material acquisition issues the other roofs & siding took longer to complete. But all work was completed in a day once materials were available. Also, all jobs were performed with superior materials & installation than the original work on all four structures that were damaged in the storm. We have had a couple of minor repairs needed on the house roof due to very high winds & the colder temperatures which prevented some cap pieces from sealing properly. But the team have come out quickly & made things right. Very pleased with every aspect (original consultation & follow up, material deliveries, installations & communications) of Timberline’s work. They are professional, courteous, efficient & a pleasure to deal with. ~ Donald M

Wonderful. There was a minor leak in the attic which I thought was a problem with the roof. He came within hours of the phone call I placed. The problem was not the roof. He could have easily walked away since the problem was not the roof that he had fixed. But he stayed and addressed the problem. qnd hw did not charge me for the work either. If you have a roof that needs replaced or fixed this is the best company to work with. i highly recommend them. ~ Umur K

Fantastic company to work with! Had some storm damage on obsolete, discontinued shingles, and Brent was able to work with my insurance to get everything replaced. The roofers were very professional and hardworking, cleaning the entire property each day before they left. Of course, there is always the fear of nails left around the property after having roof work done, but the Timberline roofers made sure every last nail was cleaned up and disposed of. Very impressed! I found Cesar with Timberline roofing on Angi and set up a an estimate. When he saw how little the repair was, because of the last big wind storm, he said it would take five minutes, and he could do it on the spot. All he needed to do was rehang one section of the aluminum flashing that had been installed two years ago that had came down from the back gable of the roof. We had damage due to a storm last summer. They came and inspected it and took what our insurance paid, minus the deductible and the extra for the skylight we had them install where the swamp cooler was. They only charged us for the skylight, and didn't add extra for labor. There was a slight misunderstanding with payment because of our insurance including screens and a light, but we got it figured out. ~ Lisa L

Timberline Roofing did a great job on our roof. They were quick, and the roofing team was so respectful! *we did have a bit of a rocky conversation toward the end with the company about some minor pay issues, and had a hard time getting a detailed breakdown from them* but overall, we are very pleased with the work done for the price and time frame! We had a leak on the overhang of our roof and basically needed a whole new roof. Called Timberline Roofing and the process from start to finish was a great experience. We would highly recommend this company. Edgar and his team are very thorough and made sure that our new roof had no leaks and it is beautiful. I had a leak around the flue pipe in my roof. I contacted Timbeline Roofing and they responded the same day to assess the damage. They quickly fixed the leak and reassured me that what they did was sound by providing pictures of the work completed.
